Petition to make new post rules and remove old ones

Alright so quick context to the rules if they are going to be added, they can not be used to specifically harass/target someone and must follow the first amendment, if a rule really wants to be added, i will let @[WUT] Adam know that a lot of people want it, or if we want to we can ask for a edit on a rule, WARNING this may just be ignored by wutadam or any mods, I do not intend to strip away any moderators power or to abuse this, this is not a official discussion to make rules,
this is just a discussion to SUGGEST removing/edit/adding rules

here's a good suggestion, No unreasonable suspensions or strikes, without proper reason or say in it, strikes shall be discussed between moderators and decided what the proper approach to do with them, if the matter is super small such as just disagreement nothing shall happen, also bringing back old drama WITH PROPER REASON OR FAIR USE is protected
from strikes/suspensions
If these terms are broken by staff/moderation, punishment may vary, depending on what Wutadam decided what to do.
If these terms are broken by users, a moderator shall decide a punishment, IF there are no other moderators around.
IF there are moderators around and the problem isnt: spamming, racism, harassment, or slader. it shall be discussed by at least 2 moderators, before making a decision on what their punishment shall be.

if taken out of context it makes one guy look bad and nobody else so it's more of a bias standpoint in order to get one guy into trouble

It's common courtesy to not do something when someone tells you DELIBERATELY not to do something

ackvonhuelio I mean if you really think that, seeing that you did contribute to the drama that ultimately failed for all four of you that were included. I was there for the whole thing(well that's obvious I was in the damn center). It was pretty foolish thing to be apart of. I mean ya'll even came up with lies and reasons that were either unreliable, not relevant, or just plain nonsense because of bias. and Now here we are back to square one, thankfully.
