the loading screen totally gives it away along with the option menus, also i believe turbowarp domain is the compiler equivalent for scratch so as long as people are knowledgeable enough you can easily tell but if it's just the game without that info it'd be pretty hard to tell if it's running that is if it's paused you'll be able to tell by the flag to
