I'm somewhat conflicted on whether or not I should remove the Off-Topic tag. On one hand, most of the (very few) active conversations aren't related to Game Lab, which is somewhat disingenuous for the Game Lab Forum. On the other hand, I don't want to restrict what people are allowed to talk about (within reason).

I believe that the Neon Chat extension (the pink cloud in the bottom right) is the perfect place for off-topic discussions, since posts are better suited for longer pieces of text, while chat messages are better suited for shorter pieces of text (which is what most off-topic posts are).

What do you think? This poll will use coins as votes, since users with more coins are more active and should therefore have more of a say on what happens.

Should the Off-Topic tag be removed?

NO! Keep it!
YES! Get rid of it!
This poll has ended.

There is the option of instead of outright removing the tag, all of its discussions can just be hidden from the main page and still accessed through profiles or /t/off-topic. Would that be better?

Posts from the off-topic tag are now hidden. You'll need to open the Off-Topic tag in the list to view them.
