what hacker foolishly leaves behind there UID to ban themselves....? just seems like there bypassing the cooldown timer by refreshing the page... unless he has done anything else that would hinder chat performance besides this you could easily ban him whenever you'd want so long as you have permission

well leave it up to the creators then my personal project bans anyone that exceeds the limit without warning so i don't even need admin to ban people who purposely spam, i think i posted it occasionally though not as much anymore, nobody really seems interested but i'm fine with it usually just post stuff just in case people are interested
