Wasn't there always a terms? it just didn't pop up as a checkbox before hand.... in fact i think it was one of the first pinned comments in the forum of guidelines to follow.... I've read the terms and I appreciate it not having any stupid legal BS buffering and it's about 1 page short and simple so I see this as a good thing going forward that way people know the rules before even making an account on the forum
