What I use to check the number of reports an app has

I use this app made by @[WUT] Adam called App Info! It also shows you other stuff, like when the app was created, updated, and published, along with the number of files it has. It also shows what the app's abuse score means!

I mean it's a neat system. But what if you don't use applab and can you use other modes?
