We could do either, the issue will continue presenting itself however eventually leading to having to remove quality posts or questions on gamelab or applab
if we do decide to move we could archive it but we'd need a way of viewing it properly which is why for now some of the older posts may need to be removed so i think for the long game if we'd like to have longer post history without fearing that it might be removed at some point i think that moving would be the best bet
How close are we to hitting the limit anyway? Plus, in my personal opinion, the best course of action is to nuke the off-topic section.
DragonFireGames
the limit is 35K posts, you can see under forum stats that we are currently at 34.77K
DragonFireGames idk.. most of the discussions are in off topic, if u look at almost all my messages, u will see mostly off-topic
thats alot of posts
oh no i just wasted a post
i just wasted again :O
i should stop posting now
guys what if we use the pumpkin smasher discord thingy
or, do any of you guys have like a leftover chat?
or should we create a new chat on cdo
also it looks like https://gamelab.freeflarum.com/u/Ravage has 11k posts, perhaps we should delete some of those, i'm pretty sure he just spammed to get 2,000 for a badge
DragonFireGames I opened the home page, saw 'featured projects' and almost had a heart attack until I saw the project gallery button
altZany yeah, we aren't about to pull the same crap as code.org.
also, for some reason the turbowarp isn't working right now
DragonFireGames I'm confused, isn't turbowarp for running scratch projects faster?
altZany we're making a turbowarp for code.org projects right now, and it isn't working because we think code.org changed its cors policy
update: I broke it with the 404 page. Fixed now.
Bad news... even if you click "Delete Forever" on a post, it still counts against the limit, so... yeah. Unfortunately, deleting old posts is not an option.
