I'm making a horror-style app lab game where you basically watch monitors and stuff, and I already have 1 way of death but I don't have any others; Whoever gives me the best idea(s) will get a shoutout in the game!

how about having some area you can see through a camera where there's an expected delivery except when the delivery comes is random, and if you don't react to the delivery in time you die.

my idea is that the delivery is maybe some kind of gas bomb or anything that quickly makes it's way towards you, or if you just want to go full FNAF make the delivery an animatronic than bolts towards you.
