It's possible for people to bypass moderation by putting content in languages other than English in forms other than text, like images, video, or audio, so non-English content is simply not allowed. This is not a new concept. Plenty of Discord servers, forums, etc. etc. etc. have a rule pertaining to what languages can be used.
