And that can get problematic, since what he wants is to keep his grudge on me despite his actions being WAY more problematic.

                        Fluffypoopo There's actually a feature that uses strikes to automatically ban users.

                        2 strikes = 3 days ban
                        4 strikes = 7 days ban
                        6 strikes = 30 days ban
                        8 strikes = permban

                        I think you only get 1 strike for false reports, but I'm not sure.
