Varrience Although I don't think it was featured, you should add @Binary_Coder's Wordle program. Unfortunately, I don't have the link tho

You know, it'd be kinda cool to have a site that could serve as a functional replacement to the public project section on code.org. Fully community moderated & stuff. You could publish a project & then search for published projects, all sorted by popularity ratings. Kinda like steam but for cdo projects.
DragonFireGames maybe.... although I wouldn't care to moderate it of which I'd rather just have admissions here and then I'd add based on feedback here for now
Varrience I mean, unlike cdo where projects are sorted by recency, you could have it sorted by popularity. Although, you'd need some kind of account/auth system to prevent spam. Upvote posts, allow people to write descriptions of their game & comment stuff.
DragonFireGames yea.... which is why I'd rather keep it simple i have a hardcoded list of which if people want there projects added and they seem good enough they'll be on the list
technically github is the intermediary since i think anyone can pull request my project and add one of there projects for approval..... but it'd just be more easier to just post it here and hear feedback on if it deserves to be added to the list
Varrience Still, now that the idea is in my head, I kinda want to make it happen. Perhaps that will be a summer project for me.
DragonFireGames i mean you basically do have an authentication system shouldn't be too hard, i actually have an exporter that can export games as well but it's not being hosted at the moment so you could basically have all of the functionality of CDO without even needing to touch the site
Varrience nice
altZany Yeah it never got featured... here's the link. Which reminds me, I've been meaning to release an updated version but haven't gotten around to it yet. Maybe I'll work on that.
And DragonFireGames that would be a great idea. The only major problem would be getting other people to see it, since the forum community is pretty small.

Unfortunately that is true...
DragonFireGames Just try to get a featured project and advertise it there.
birthdayboy224 that's when they decide to have a system in place where you can submit for a spot on featured projects, most of them right now are pretty ass considering the amount of featured projects they could have chosen from.... literal years worth of them
Varrience Of course, they might not be able to see those years of featured projects after... well, uhh, January 2023.
