BlockyOS updates will now be located here. with that said, here's the new version.
Before we start though, here's the layout of the changelog here. First, I will list what version the app is and if I comments to make, I will do so.
After that, I will list new features, then changes, then bugfixes.
New features is self-explanatory but if for some reason you don't know, it's the list of new features added to the base OS.
Changes made is the list of changes I made to the base OS. This could range from minor visual changes to major system changes.
Bugfixes are the list of bugs squashed when making it. Usually, they will be minor but sometimes it can be more serious.
After all of that is said, if necessary, I will tell how certain features work in order to allow for better usability of the feature.
Fling is a brand-new feature never really seen before in an OS. What it does is allow you to grab windows by the title bar and 'fling' (see what I did there?) them across the screen to do certain actions. This feature is enabled on all platforms. Flinging upwards will maximize your window and flinging down while maximized will return it back to its original size and position. Flinging downward will minimize the window. Flinging left and right will close your window. Other actions are prioritized so if you really want to close it, you have to slide it more left and right rather than up and down.
Window snapping is simple, drag the window to the left or right side of the screen, and it will turn blue after a half second. Once blue, let go and it will snap to whatever side you want it to. If you drag the window out before snapping but after it turns blue, it will return to normal color and cancel the snapping process.
Window focus will allow for you to see what window is in the foreground or background by dimming non focused windows.
