If you already have a badge, and you want another one of it... for some reason... you can, for a fee. You can own up to five copies of a badge. The price of a duplicate badge depends on how many copies you already own and the rarity of the badge. Oh, and as the name implies, you can't purchase a duplicate of a badge that you don't have.
