    still, thats not the point, what im saying is HE NEEDS TO IMPROVE, and needs to actually have a more collective state, so then he can be effective at doing his job and actually be, you know, respected.
    theres certain things that he can do to change, and improve for the better.

    This means that Chubz accrued a certain number of moderator strikes and was automatically suspended when he logged in.

    hmm this was not constructive criticism. I know how to do my job efficiently, it is only when there was multiple people that were against me in cahoots to get me unadmined for reasons that actually did not make sense when said out loud.

    Such as too emotional, ok so I show emotion, the only time I went on a suspension spree was when damn near everyone online were constantly breaking the rules over and over again.

    I have never abused my power ever, I have said this multiple times and there is proof everywhere in this forum that I have not and I am just pretty stern with you guys even though there was no excessive punishment that any of you have gone through unless you deserved it based on the rules of the forum.

    I have not overreacted to anyone. I went on a three part rant of what to do and what not to do and you guys kept going in spite and I stayed calm while I watch everyone on the forum go ballistic and constantly break the rules directly after unadmin thing happened, which was ironic as hell.

    I was never a bad moderator, I just did things differently but not too differently to the point where I am doing my job wrong. I only did it like how I knew how to do it. And besides being under stress because of you newcomers, and chubz and ack, did not help the situation. That is why I got my role back because we all saw what you have done before and exactly what you did right after.

You are clearly over reacting right now and you are also using a picture where the messages were made in august when Chubz started a giant drama that started a giant chain reaction of events. This is also abusing the flagging posts function that is a strike. unless you stop

        I litterally deleted the picture out of respect for our "peace agreement" i flagged you because you were one, bringing back old drama that was already over with, and also why couldn't you just idk
