it does restrict me a bit, but i have an archive of cool blocks that i can use that arent in the menu.

I remember only using blocks
I forced myself to use text cuz I knew other programs ain't gonna give you blocks, so, yeah
And overall for cdo it's better and faster to use text, cuz a lot of things don't exist in the block menu, and I don't have to search for the blocks I need, I can just type em out.
I only use blocks if i need to check if i put stuff in the right place like if() statments and stuff like that but everything else is typed
i use text religiously. thats also how i got into PC/Mobile game development.
imagine having to type all that? AH NAHHHHHHH. I use text sometimes but blocks is easier
imagine not 30 wpm
*over 30 wpm
im a proud 12 wpm : P
you know what's funnier than 24 wpm? 25 wpm. BABYYYYYYYYYYYYY getting faster each and every week
The last test i took i had 30 to 32 wpm

if blocks are honestly easier than text for you guys then idk what to say
ackvonhuelio well they are because the blocks are huge when editing so text is a lot smaller and easier to read. i'm also used to reading text because i program on a game engine that doesn't really use blocks/nodes for coding.
its also hard to edit at all with blocks your really limited if you only use the blocks in the tool box
you will have to type anyways to change the names of variables so why not just use text
