              we use like hoisin sauce and siracha just for dipping the meat in.

                          im new to the forum still, so i have no idea what this forum is going through

                          when there are breaks like spring break, everyone goes on vacation, then they all come back the forum get crowded and it cools down
                          then it all repeats when the next break arrives
